Day 3. Murun city 

We will drive to Murun city which is the center of the Khuvsgul province, situated on the northern banks of the Delgermurun river.Here we will obtain the border permission. Stay overnight in a local guesthouse. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 4. Khuvsul Lake

In the morning we will drive to Khuvsgul Lake. Stay overnight in a Ger of nomadic family. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ see more details

Day 5. Staying around the Lake

This day we will enjoy trekking around the lake, where we explore rare medical herbs and wildflowers. Also you can make climbing up a surrounding mountain and to get amazing scenery view over the lake. Stay overnight in a Ger of nomad family. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 6. Ulaan Uul sum

We will drive to Ulaan Uul sum. Stay overnight in a camping out. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 7. Tsagaan Lake Village

We will continue our tour to Tsagaan nuur village. We will prepare for the trek and will give instruction regarding trekking in the mountains. Stay overnight in a local guesthouse. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ see more details

Day 8. Start trekking to West Taiga

We will start trekking to West Taiga, the area where part of the Tsaatan communities live. Due to the marshy road conditions we will not use vehicles to reach the area, our entire luggage and food supply will be transported by horses. Day 9. Trekking continue

In the morning, we continue trekking to West taiga. We will arrive there late afternoon. Stay overnights in a tent. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 10. Exploring Tsaatan community

We will stay among the Tsaatan people and will experience everyday life and their unique tradition. Our activities include attending a shaman ritual, milking reindeer, processing milk products, talking with people and learning about the local culture. Stay overnight in a tent. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ 

Day 11, 12. Trek back to Tsagaan nuur Village

We will trek back to Tsagaan nuur village. A different route will be taken along a picturesque forested mountain and valley. On the way we will cross the Ebed mountain pass. Our vehicle and driver will be waiting for us in the village. Stay overnight at a local guesthouse in Tsagaan nuur village. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 13. Near Ulaan Uul sum 

We will drive back to Ulaan Uul sum. Stay overnight at a camping out nearby Ulaan Uul sum. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 14. Jugnayn Lake

Today we will drive to Jugnayn lake. You can see Rock drawings and Men stone near that area. You can go fishing and hiking. Depending on the condition of the weather we can stay camp out or stay at a small hostel in the village. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ see more details

Day 15. Tes village

Today we will travel to Tes village. It is named after the Tesiin gol river that flows through the sum. Part of the area is covered with sand dunes. The sum’s western end is the eastern shore of Uvs Lake. Stay overnight in a Ger of nomadic family. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 16. Bayan Lake

We will drive to Bayan lake, which is surrounded by sand dunes, where it is rumored there is good fishing. Stay overnight in a camping out. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ see more details

Day 17. Kharkhiraa River valley

We will drive to Kharkhiraa Mountain. You will have opportunity to make hiking. Stay overnight in a camping out. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ see more details

Day 18. Uureg Lake

We will drive to Uureg Lake. The lake is situated 100km from Ulaangom at 1426m above sea level. The area is similar to Gobi and surrounded in the distance by high Mountains. Uureg Lake is 42m deep and its surface is 237km2. Here you can see a number of birds and visit local nomadic people. The lake is very suitable for swimming on sunny days. Day 19. Tsagaan Nuur Village

We will drive to Tsagaan Nuur village of Ulgii province where we need to obtain a border permit. Stay overnight at a small hostel in the village. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 20, 21. Altai Tavan Bogd National Park

Today we will drive to Tavan Bogd. ‘Five Saints’, which is so named for the five large peaks which lie right on the Western Mongolian border. The tallest of these, Khuiten Uul, is the highest mountain in Mongolia, at 4,369m (about 14,300 feet) above sea level. Whether you do a day hike up or make a five day hike or horse trek starting from the lakes below, you’ll find visiting these peaks to be the highlight of Western Mongolia. Day 22, 23. Altai Tavan Bogd National Park

We will explore the eastern edge of the Altai TavanBogd National Park. We will also visit nomadic Kazakh families along the way and witness their fabulous Eagle Hunting practice & renowned hospitality. Stay overnight in a camping out. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 24. Hiking

Hiking and return to car. Then you will meet your driver. Stay overnight in a camping out. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 25. Ulgii province

We will drive to Ulgii city, which is the capital of the Bayan-Ulgii province where we will visit the museums of the town. Stay overnight at local hostel. /Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/

Day 26. Khyargas Lake

Day 28. Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake

We will drive to Terkhiin Tsagaan lake National Park. Extinct volcanic craters, pine-clad lava fields, the occasional herd of grazing yaks and the Great White Lake, as it’s known in English, are the natural highlights of the Arkhangai province. Day 31. Travel to Elsen Tasarkhai /Semi-Gobi/

Day 32. Ulaanbaatar
